I allow myself to feel my emotions when I need to. It’s not one dark and gloomy cloud. It’s a repetition of movement to get yourself to do something to express it all. It’s the dark holes you get into between your daily tasks. It’s the tears that come without warning. It’s the understanding that the feeling is only temporary. This is how I move through grief.
